UGC Rates: What Changes the Price of Creator Content?
UGC pricing is not only a fee for recording a short video. A quote can combine production work, the number of deliverables, edit complexity, licensing, paid media usage, exclusivity, raw footage, revisions, and turnaround.

Creation fee
The creation fee covers the work required to plan and produce the asset: concepting, scripting, setup, filming, performance, product styling, voiceover, editing, captions, and delivery. Scope differs by creator and project.
Usage rights
A brand may need permission to use the finished asset in paid advertising, organic social, email, ecommerce, or other channels for a defined period. Usage rights should be explicit rather than assumed.
Raw footage and variations
Raw clips, alternate hooks, alternate CTAs, different aspect ratios, and restructured edits increase the amount of usable creative a brand receives. They also add production and organization work, so they should be priced as part of scope.
Exclusivity and revisions
Category exclusivity can limit a creator’s ability to work with other brands and therefore can change the quote. Revision limits protect both sides by distinguishing reasonable corrections from a new brief or reshoot.
